msgNETCONOMY and Bosch Create Top Talent Program for Students and Recent Graduates
Belgrade, Serbia (April 21, 2017) – Combining e-commerce expertise and industry knowledge, msgNETCONOMY and Bosch team up to train IT students and graduates on e-commerce solutions implementation and development. The Top Talent internship program is part of a long-term strategic collaboration between msgNETCONOMY and Bosch.
The joint internship program supports Bosch’s digital transformation initiative. Bosch selected msgNETCONOMY, a company of msg global, focused on SAP™ Hybris digitalization and e-commerce, to support in this goal. The first 2017 Top Talent Program class started in February with participants already attending initial training sessions with Bosch. Interns attend SAP Hybris workshops, as well as specific industry domain and project methodology training. The complete education cycle is designed to interchange the knowledge and expertise of both companies and maximize the potential of this collaboration.
“The Top Talent Program, piloted by msg global, turned out to be the best-case practice for training and educating our interns for future roles of Developers and IT Consultants. We brought this structured program to msgNETCONOMY and we are happy that this year Bosch recognized its potential to grow experts in digital transformation. Our goal is to combine experience and best practices to enrich the program and train participants for real-life implementations from the very beginning. This collaboration brings additional value to program attendees and sets the groundwork for future projects”, says Nikola Djokic, managing director of msgNETCONOMY Serbia.
