Product Owner – Project Manager for E-Commerce Applications

What you will do:

  • Work with customers to develop a common project vision
  • Manage customer projects with a constant focus on making a successful product that offers a strong value proposition for the customers and users and creates the expected business outcomes
  • Identify and document specific requirements (user stories) and keep the product backlog up-to-date and aligned with the product vision
  • Guide and advise the customer on functional and technical requirements
  • Ensure implementation quality and the achievement of customer goals
  • Manage the product owner role in the Scrum process
  • Ensure the project is financially and technologically sustainable

What experience you should have:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technologies, Computer Science, Management or equivalent
  • Excellent German language is a prerequisit
  • Minimum1 year of experience in managing projects, ideally in IT field (web applications, E-Commerce, product management or content management)
  • Scrum skills or practical experience with Scrum methodology is a plus
  • High awareness for quality
  • An open, communicative and well-balanced personality
  • Affinity with digital trends and innovation
  • Experience with agile methodology
  • Self-motivation and flexibility
  • Ability to work either independently or within a team
  • Analytical problem solving capabilities
  • Ability to translate customer needs into appropriate solutions
  • Willingness and ability to travel when required
  • To be a proactive, positive contributor
  • Ability to work in an international team with international customers
  • Fluent in English and Serbian
