Solution Architect

Solution Architect, known as the overall architect within the team, is responsible for implementing solutions on Hybris Commerce, Hybris Marketing and Hybris Billing, providing valuable advice to the client and steering the team.

Front-end Developer

Front-end Developer, known as an “artist” within the team, is responsible for a website’s user-facing code and the architecture of its immersive user experiences. In other words, the Front-end Developer is responsible for the interior design of a house that has been built by a Back-end Developer.

Back-end Developer

Back-end Developer uses tools to create or contribute to web applications with clean, portable, well-documented code. Before writing that code, the Back-end Developer collaborates with business stakeholders to understand their particular needs, then translate those into technical requirements and comes up with the most effective and efficient solution for architecting the technology.

Quality Assurance Engineer 

Quality Assurance Engineer ensures that only the high-quality software product goes to market. To enable that, quality assurance engineers assess the project and product risks and they are responsible for bug and defect management process, in which the bug prevention plays a vital role. Finally, QAs strive to establish a quality culture and maintain a quality mindset in their team and the company.

Scrum Master

Scrum Master is responsible for the process success — helping the Product Owner and the team use the right process to create a successful product and facilitating organizational change and establishing an agile way of working.

Product Owner

Product Owner is responsible for the product success — creating a product that does a great job for the users and customers and meets its business goals.
